In Kurulus Osman Episode 72, Rogatus learns that Gregor has escaped and tries to understand why he did it. Rogatus realizes that Osman made a plan before the exchange. Osman meets someone using the secret tunnels. Osman shows this man the piece of wood he took from Gregor and tries to learn something about it.
Goktug and the soldiers calmly wait for the mercenaries to arrive. Anselmo notices this trap in advance and attacks the Turks. When Anselmo saw that Osman did not come to this attack, he gave up and left the surviving Turks. Selcan manages to save Bala and her baby. Osman is very happy that Bala is still alive. Bahadir goes to the castle to talk to Kosses. Kosses asks Bahadir to kill Gregor and gives him a bag of gold.
